Born in Toronto, Ontario, Jon moved to Michigan with his family in 1979 and has spent most of his life in the United States. Coming from a background in commercial real estate development, he joined Austin Relocation in early 2007 and now serves as Chief Executive Officer.

Jon has been a member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors since 2007 and holds the CRP® (Certified Relocation Professional) designation. He is also an active member of ERC (Employee Relocation Council) and provides corporate relocation services to many local businesses throughout West Michigan.

In addition to his leadership role at Austin Relocation, Jon serves as Associate Broker with RE/MAX United, where he specializes in representing both buyers and sellers in the West Michigan real estate market. He was honored to be named a Real Estate All Star by GR Magazine in both 2024 and 2025, recognizing his expertise, professionalism, and impact in the local real estate community.

Donielle, a native of West Michigan, began her career in the hospitality industry and excelled in her position to Assistant Manager of Guest Services of one of the areas largest executive hotels. She later achieved a position with a new hotel in Grand Rapids as the Corporate Sales Manager. She joined Austin Relocation in 2006 as the account coordinator and relocation Specialist. Her passion for interior design and construction led her to obtain her real estate license where she’s enjoyed working with buyers and working on new home construction design.

Jessica serves as Relocation Coordinator and takes pride in building genuine connections with her clients, while bringing a creative background in graphic design and photography to the Austin Relocation team. As Relocation Coordinator, she provides comprehensive destination services for relocatees, including personalized area tours and hands-on support with home purchases and sales. Known for her attentiveness and strong negotiation skills, Jessica is a valuable resource for both buyers and sellers as they navigate the local real estate market with confidence.

Brittany serves as the Director of New Business Development, where she builds relationships with businesses and recruitment agencies to showcase the company’s services and support stronger hiring strategies. She also creates and manages Austin Relocation’s social media content, helping to strengthen the brand and share valuable insights with clients and partners.

A native of West Michigan, Brittany has lived and worked in several local communities—experience that has given her a deep understanding of the region and its neighborhoods. While her academic background is in Education, Brittany’s passion for real estate, interior design, and renovations led her to earn a Michigan real estate license, allowing her to bring both expertise and creativity to her role.

Jake Austin joined our team as a Relocation Coordinator with a strong background in customer service and operations, bringing years of experience from fast-paced retail environments where clear communication, organization, and problem-solving were essential. Known for being dependable and easy to work with, Jake stays calm under pressure and consistently keeps the client experience top of mind—an approach that translates seamlessly into the relocation industry.

As a Relocation Coordinator, Jake manages all expense administration for transferees, including policy-based audits, corporate client invoicing and payments, and tax preparation. His attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure a smooth, compliant, and stress-free relocation process for both transferees and corporate clients.
